How to Place an Order over the phone (offline):

It’s easy! Just pick up the phone and give Kathy Griffiths a call. For your convenience, we are also happy to have inquiries placed by fax or email. In any event, please remember to include the following:

Name Street Address City, Province/State, Postal/Zip Code Area Code + Telephone number Description (i.e. Purple Dragon) Visa or MasterCard number + expiration date ( *over the phone only ) Name on credit card Comments or special details

	Inquiries and special requests are welcomed!
	If you need a specific size… just ask.
	Always provide the date that you need your piece, as part of your details. I will respond to you via email or phone to confirm.
	Please allow two weeks for delivery.
	Stock on hand will be sent out within 48 hours.
	If you should desire a custom piece that is a size larger than usual, please provide me with a price range that I can work within.
	Confirmation and a non-refundable deposit required prior to any custom work.
	Guest Artists and their work will sometimes be featured.

Currency: All purchases are paid for in Canadian funds.

Terms: All orders are shipped FEDEX prepaid. Air services at customers expense.

Shipping: All orders are shipped FEDEX and are generally shipped within two weeks of receipt. If you need special shipping arrangements, let us know and we will be happy to try to accommodate your needs.

Claims: In the unlikely event of damaged goods, please report the breakage to Kathy Griffiths mmediately for repair or replacement.

Note: Please be aware that bubbles, wrinkles, and other variations are inherent to even the finest glass ware and crystal and are not considered defects. All items will be inspected for major defects prior to shipping.
