Currency: All purchases are paid for in Canadian funds.

Terms: All orders are shipped FEDEX prepaid. Air services at customers expense.

Shipping: All orders are shipped FEDEX and are generally shipped within two weeks of receipt. If you need special shipping arrangements, let us know and we will be happy to try to accommodate your needs.

Claims: In the unlikely event of damaged goods, please report the breakage to Kathy Griffiths mmediately for repair or replacement.

Note: Please be aware that bubbles, wrinkles, and other variations are inherent to even the finest glass ware and crystal and are not considered defects. All items will be inspected for major defects prior to shipping.
